Dress came minus the belt had to return it

Very dissatisfied

The dress arrived without its belt and I’m unable to wear it. Emailed and there is a belt on its way. It was to be delivered today but no sign of it and I had intended to wear it to a wedding on Saturday so if it doesn’t arrived tomorrow morning I’m going to have to go out to buy another dress. The tracking says in transit but that’s no good to me I can’t take the risk of waiting so I’m very unhappy as I paid extra to customs to get the dress delivered.
